The President of the National Assembly, Tsveta Karayancheva, convenes an emergency plenary session of the National Assembly on 23 March 2020 from 13:00. The only item is entitled “New discussion of the Law on Measures and Actions during the State of Emergency announced by decision of the National Assembly on 13 March 2020, adopted by the National Assembly on 20 March 2020, returned for further discussion by Decree No. 70 of 22 March 2020 of the President of the Republic under Art. 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria”.

At 9:00, an emergency meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs will be held in Room 134 of the National Assembly with the same agenda.
