Yordan Tsonev of the DPS (Movement for Rights and Freedoms) headed the Temporary Committee on the Control of the Expenditure of Public Funds to Overcome the Consequences of the Dissemination of COVID-19.

The Committee is made up of ten members and on a parity basis – two members of each political force.

From GERB (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria) – Maria Ilieva and Evgenia Angelova, BSP (Bulgarian Socialist Party) – Rumen Gechev and Yavor Bozhankov, DPS – Yordan Tsonev (chairman) and Adlen Shevked, United Patriots – Kalin Popovski and Boris Yachev, from the Volya Movement – Plamen Hristov and Dora Hristova.
