Letter from the Chief of the General Staff of the Bulgarian Army to National Assembly President Velikov

Today, 21 March 2005, National Assembly President Assoc. Prof. Borislav Velikov received a letter from the Chief of the General Staff of the Bulgarian Armed Forces General Nikola Kolev.
The letter gives detailed information on the conditions and procedures under which Bulgarian MPs could pay a visit to Iraq, as well as the security measures necessary for such a visit.
