2. AMENDING ACT TO THE MUNICIPAL BUDGETS ACT.
3. BILL ON THE OBLIGATIONS TO THE INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR COMPENSATION FOR OIL POLLUTION DAMAGE - at first reading.
