The National Assembly elected 18 MPs observers to the European Parliament. Six of them are from Coalition for Bulgaria, four from the Simeon II National Movement, three from the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, two from the United Democratic Forces, one from Ataka, one from Democrats for Strong Bulgaria and one from the Bulgarian People's Union.
