National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski received today the President of the Republic of Turkey Ahmet Necdet Sezer, who is on an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov.

The development of good-neighbour relations, the cooperation between the Parliaments of Bulgaria and Turkey, the active bilateral trade and economic relations and the prospects for their deepening were among the highlights of the meeting.
