Pirinski - 6th Meeting of the Presidents of the Parliaments of the Regional Partnership

National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski will take part in the Sixth Meeting of the Parliament Presidents of Poland, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania and Bulgaria, taking place in Warsaw on 25 and 26 June 2006.
The reform of the EU policies following the commission document "European Values in the Globalised World", EU policy towards its Eastern neighbours (including European neighbourhood policy) and the upcoming Conference of Speakers of EU Parliaments in Copenhagen (29 June - 2 July 2006) will be the main subjects under discussion at the forum.
Bulgaria and Romania attend the meeting of the Presidents of the Parliaments of the Regional Partnership for a second time. The Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Marek Jurek will open the meeting.
