NATIONAL ASSEMBLY CHAIRMAN PIRINSKI IS TAKING PART IN A SUMMIT ON THE FUTURE OF SOUTHEAST EUROPE
Today, 10 July 2006, National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski is taking part in a Summit entitled "Completing Europe's Southern Dimension: The Values That Bind Us." in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
''Europe’s Southern Dimension: Contributions", "Future of Southeast Europe", ''Strategic Challenges of Southeast Europe" and "Democracy and society" are among the main topics at the summit.
The participants in the forum were addressed by Dr. Ivo Sanader, Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia; Mr. Stjepan Mesic, President of the Republic of Croatia; and Mr. Vladimir Seks, Speaker of the Croatian Parliament.
The forum is attended by Mr. Rene van der Linden, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe; Mr. Sali Berisha, Prime Minister of Albania; Mr. Milo Dukanovic, Prime Minister of Montenegro; Mr. Calin Popescu-Tariceanu, Prime Minister of Romania; Mr. Erhard Busek, Special Co-ordinator of the Stability Pact for South East Europe.
